Below you will find the following information: Amenities, General Information & Rates Our clubhouse has a beautiful 2nd story room overlooking an Olympic size swimming pool.  It is a completely landscaped, five acre property, surrounded by woods and is very private. The clubhouse is 1800 sq. feet. Has beautiful windows letting in an abundance of natural light. Ceiling has exposed beams which is lovely and the floors are hard wood. There is a wooden deck off the room which overlooks the pool. There is a full kitchen which is open to the room separated by a serving bar. You supply your caterer, DJ, serving ware. We have seating for 120, room capacity 130. Your set up of tables and chairs is included. Rate: $ $1350.00  based on a 12 hr rental Special note: The clubhouse room is on the second floor with access by staircase  We do not have an elevator
