	The club house is available to rent for both Members and Non-Members. 5500sq ft clubhouse includes 32 x 60 ft banquet room (1800 sq ft.) Seating for 120 Guests Kitchen with Bar Additional deck space
	MEMBER FEES  Members please call the club for fees and dates available NON MEMBER FEES Non-Members: $475.00  (6 hr rental time - excludes wedding events (Click "Weddings"  for pricing) A certificate of insurance or purchase of renters insurance will be required. Renter insurance rates vary depending on the size and scope of the event. Thank you! NOTE: Rentals are 6 hours in duration This includes your set up time and clean up time. Additional time will be a rate of $75.00 per hour. We provide table & chair set up and break down.  Also note that no event shall run past 12 AM (midnight).  No exceptions. Special note : the main room  for rent is on the second floor and we do not have an elevator. Rental Fees and Clubhouse Rules subject to change.  Call the Club office for more details at 704.364.1533
